Provider-Patient Confidentiality
Be. Emotional Health is committed to protecting the confidentiality of our patients. We strictly adhere to federal HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) guidelines. Third-Party Platforms
We partner with several secure platforms to provide care and manage communications.
Electronic Health Records (EHR): We use SimplePractice to manage scheduling, documentation, and billing. Please review SimplePractice’s Privacy Policy for more information.
Phones & Voicemail: Our phone system is provided through Grasshopper. While voicemail is secure within the system, we encourage you not to leave detailed health information in messages.
Email, Embedded Forms, & File Sharing: We use the HIPAA-compliant version of Google Workspace, which includes secure email, Google Forms, and document storage under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Please review Google Workspace’s Privacy & Security policies.
Website Hosting: Our website is hosted on Bluehost. You can view Bluehost’s Privacy Policy here.
