Be. Emotional Health is an Out-of-Network (OON) Insurance provider which means that we do not bill directly to insurance, but you can! You cover the cost of the fee upfront, we provide you with a Superbill that you submit to your insurance company directly, and the insurance company will send you a check in the mail for the percentage of the fee they cover.
The reimbursement rate for a therapeutic session varies based on the type of insurance you have, but can cover as much as 90% of the therapeutic rate. To determine how much your insurance covers for each session, simply call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask for “the Out-of Network reimbursement rate.”
Our fees-for-service are as follows:

Be. Emotional Health accepts cash, check, HSA/FSA accounts, and any major credit cards. We will provide you a receipt or Superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement upon request.
